The dreamer behindthe details.

Pixxie Picnics is Gina — a North County San Diego stylist with a love of golden light, storybook detail, and the small moments that become the ones you remember. She styles every table herself, by hand, so that when you arrive, the dream is already waiting.

She built Pixxie to give people a feeling — soft, cinematic, and entirely their own — and once a year she gives that same magic back to little girls with a fairy picnic of their very own.

The date & occasion

The date & occasion

Start with your date — then what we are setting the table for, and who is joining you.

First — your date

Checking a date costs nothing — we confirm availability within 24 hours, and a deposit only reserves it once we’ve talked. Golden-hour and weekend dates tend to book first.

Before you ask.

How do I book, and what deposit do you take?

Tell us your package, theme, date, time, and guest count, and we confirm within 24 hours. A $50–$100 non-refundable deposit holds your date and goes toward your total; the balance is due the day of your event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, let us know at least 72 hours before your date and your payment becomes a credit good for 30 days.

What comes with every picnic?

Your table, floor pillows, a rug, floral décor, and full place settings — champagne glasses, ceramic plates, utensils, and cloth napkins — plus an umbrella, with setup and cleanup handled. On request: a chalkboard with your message, a cake stand, and a small side table for food, gifts, or cake.

What happens during your picnic?

Once you are settled, we slip away and return at the end of your reservation — the time is entirely yours. The setup stays in your care while you are there, so please do not leave it unattended; if you need anything, we are just a text away. Need to head out early? Give us about 15 minutes so we can be back to gather everything.

Where do you set up?

The beach, a park, or your own backyard, anywhere across North County San Diego. A travel fee may apply depending on the location. We always position your setup to feel as tucked-away as we can, though we are not able to reserve public space.

How many guests can you host?

From an intimate table for two up to 24 seated guests — 24 place settings is our maximum. Choose the collection that fits your headcount.

How far in advance should I book?

The sooner the better for weekends and golden-hour dates. Send your inquiry and we will confirm availability within 24 hours.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Yes, please do — food, drinks, snacks, a cake, whatever you love. Prefer we handle it? Add a charcuterie board for $75, or ask about individual mini charcuterie boxes.

Are the candles real, and can I keep the florals?

The candles are styled for ambiance and are not lit, for everyone’s safety. The florals are part of your décor rather than take-home pieces — though you are welcome to purchase an arrangement to take with you; just ask.

Can I add photo or video?

Yes. Photo and video, in partnership with FitTechGuru, turns your picnic into a luxury shoot — behind-the-scenes footage, Reels, cinematic shorts, and editorial photos, starting at $195. Ask us when you inquire.
